You beat me to it. The NAR was so mad that the Today Show had him back on this morning (Friday) to debate it with a NAR representative.

This is priceless. Watch Cramer's facial expressions. This is a big deal that the major mainstream media has a major financial pundit saying this stuff and sounding so correct, while the NAR representative looks desperate and scared.

How'd you like the Realtor's final argument, about a scenario where you bought with 10% down and prices appreciated at 5% a year, as if that's what's happening now! Wish Cramer had time to shine the light on that.
They need to put Cramer against that longhaired, screaming real estate clerk who used to come on the Fox Saturday morning investment shows. The decibel level would be over 100 within the first two minutes.
