"viewing Sunsets" my butt! Maybe through the 4th Street overpass. Rent value is probably about $3200/month max. This place has got to reduce by at least another 50%.
So what should a SFR like this go for? If certain condo's in the area go for close to 1M, doesn't seem that far out of line. Wondering how loud it is inside though being next to Ocean Park blvd. MLS pictures look decent, but small rooms.
I walked through this house a month back and it is very overpriced. There really is NO backyard/sideyard and it would have to be an itty bitty dog. Additionally, the layout is odd with strangely placed stairs in the middle of the house.
UPDATE: Sold on 3/24/08 for $1,000,000.
