Weekly inventory update

7/18 - Pretty flat to just slightly down, with more price reductions, withdrawals, and expired listings.

7/11 - SM, PP, and MV are all flat. But for Mar Vista that included a lot of changes: expired and withdrawn listings, listings back on the market, new listings, and listings into escrow.

7/4 - SM is down by the 5 listings that expired this week. PP and MV are down just slightly.

Does anyone track the number of houses that have been listed that have had their listing expire / been pulled off the market this year?

In addition to these charts I think it would be very help is you listed the sold properties each month in Santa Monica (perhaps separated by area, i.e. sunset park, ocean park, northside, ect.), I have not found a reliable site for this information and you seem to have access to a lot of information. Zillow andthe other sites are not reliable and if anybody knows where to find this info please post reply.

Good comments, particularly taken together. There is turnover of listings every month - sales, expired and withdrawn listings, and new listings - even if the total inventory is flat.

I'll see what I can do for disposition of listings for this year. I'd like to know that picture too.
