Market Tidbit- Pacoima vs. Santa Monica
Santa Monica:
Number of Single Family Homes on the market - 99
Number of Condos/Townhomes on the market - 138

going to themls.com, a search for single family homes brings up 109 listings, and 161 condos.
i don't have time to check his other numbers, but my guess is that they are all as bogus.
I leave out Santa Monica Canyon (in zip code 90402 but not in the City of Santa Monica), but there sure aren't 35 listings there to explain the difference between 64 and 99!
I also track but don't post "Looking for Backup" listings, but again, not enough to get to 99.
