Inventory is stabilizing (i.e. not getting worse every month any more), and the median price too. And still, West LA RSF listing prices have not declined from the high they reached in 2005/06.
Did all the bears go on vacation this week?
the bears were proven 100% correct when it came to houses in the inland empire and 100% wrong when it comes to houses north of montana
so they probably have thrown in the towel and moved to the inland empire
100% wrong? Have you seen the inventory and lack of sales or are you 100% too stupid to understand?
