Brentwood inventory up 29% in 2 months

I occasionally look at Brentwood listings under $2M. I just noticed a 29% inventory jump in the eight weeks from August 2 to September 28. For comparison, Pacific Palisades listings <$2M - now at record levels - were up 19% between the same two weekends. The Westside is not immune.

Yo,

All you westside elites, better check yourself while you wreck yourself.

If you aren't pulling in $300K/yr, get out of your house now, before the class war starts.

Compton won't sit still for long.

The fires have destryed all the outside areas and are now heading toward the westside of LA. Yes, even the best areas of LA are going to get hit in the next year. Not as badly as the marginalized areas, but they could easily come down as much as 20%. Who knows, maybe more. Unfortunately, I just don't think there are going to be many sales happening. The ones that do occur are going to be with people dying, getting divorces, and financially burdened sellers. This is not going to be pretty. Here is a great link to why the financial crisis occurred in the first palce and might help people decide which way they would like to vote. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5tZc8oH--o

The reason McCain isn't running that video as an ad is because it is a muddled and one sided take on a thirty year problem of deregulation and reregulation. Both parties and nearly every elected official is touched by this one.

Everyone had a hand in this. Obama didn't cause this problem. Neither did Carter, Clinton, Frank, or Pelosi. Cobbling together a set of loosely related policies and calling it a body of research is easy with the sheer bulk of archived articles on the internet to select from.

I will buy that. I think that is a very reasonable response. Good power point video even so.
