My strategy for weathering market volatility is to buy property in 90402. Thankfully, that area is immune to market fluctuations.
Is it just me, or are there a ton of bank buildings in Santa Monica? Does every town have this many banks?
I wonder if some of that real estate will be put to some other purpose. If so, what?
