Hmm - doesn't appear to be any ancient listings North of Montana -
i think it is cause people there don't need to sell and this if there is not demand they just yank the house off the market
None of these sellers are serious about selling--they are in denial and every day that they fail to slash their ridiculous asking prices they will lose even more money as they chase the market down month by month. They must be masochists.
Next year is going to be even worse because that's when the Alt-As start resetting and those are the ones that will melt down the high end areas of LA. That's why NOW is the time to sell.
Sell now or be priced into your house forever.
