wow, 10 and half mil to live next to a parking lot? I guess if you can afford to spend that much on a home you ought to have enough left over to install double-paned soundproof windows to block out the grating shriek of Joe-Six-Pack's car alarm.

That, and the music blaring from people's car stereos at 5:30AM, and the disputes over prime benches or whatever the homeless argue about (I run along the beach and can't believe what people put up with to live down there).
