this is my 'hood, so I can proudly say, these prices remain hilarious.
I'm not even one the hardline bubble zealots claiming prices will drop to 1995 prices or anything, but I think five years from now we'll still be able to look back and laugh at the asking prices for some of these beach shacks in 2006-2007.
