So these "removed" listings, do they represent homes that are sold or homes that are no longer offered for sale by the owners?
So that we have some comparison, would you please show us what did sell in Sunset Park during this same time frame?
You should also have a similar list for places north of Montana, especially along 14th Street. It seems like there might be 5-6 on that street alone.
Anon#1, not having access to full MLS data, I don't know. When they pass through "backup offer" status they're pretty clearly in escrow. My final confirmation is a recorded sale, but that takes awhile.
