Hey Westside, here's a new one that you will eventually be able to include in your under 2 million count for Pac Pal...1104 Via De La Paz. 2300 Sq ft home on a 5800 sq ft lot. Purchased Aug 2005 for $1,425, listed today at $2,250 by a Realtor at Prudential John Aaroe in Pacific Palisades. I would love to have been a fly on the wall during the conversation about how to justify the list price.
