and Venice Blvd close... not exactly an area I would want to raise my family.
last sale was Jan 04 for $475,000. So the guy is looking for $250,000 increase in value over 3 years when the only thing that changed is you are now even closer to the freeway. nice!
Not to mention how conveniently close it is to all those nice apartments across the alley. Clearly a neighborhood on its way up.
