Not a lot happening at the end of the year. Let's revisit the September 28 list of ten price reductions of at least 15% on the listings I've been tracking. Here are the current 14. Two are left over from the previous list (old%); guess they should have reduced more.

Interesting that none are in the 90402, where prices must still be going up.

it is hard to tell whether you are making a joke or stating your honest opinion.
Can i propose that any time someone wants to make a joke or be cynical they post "(joke)" or :) or something ?

returning to the land of reality, i think that the reality of 90402 is as follows
(1) 90402 is really two neighborhoods - the walk streets and the canyon
(2) the canyon has shown a CLEAR price decline. There is no doubt that houses in the canyon are down in price
(3) Supply of homes in the canyon for sale is clearly up
(4) in the walk streets, evidence is mixed. We have seen SOME evidence of prices going up (the 7 million dollar home that just closed last month) and some evidence that prices are going down
THE JURY IS STILL OUT ON THE WALK STREETS
If anyone disagrees i want to hear it, but it is SURE that you can't say the prices are going up in all of the 90402
